![]() It depends on the score you want tbh, if you’re aiming for the 150s then you can relax and do just Greg Mat, if you’re aiming for 160+ then you’ll probably want to do them all. You can also do these 3 simultaneously like I do, alternating between the book and the videos, and playing the game whenever I had free time. I think all of this should cover you, and if you have time it’s achievable, since these 3 resources overlap 50-60% in the words. The app is more comprehensive, but the book is better explained so ideally you should do both. ![]() The book also explains roots and ways to remember meanings, and the app is essentially a game you can play to ensure you don’t forget what the words mean. Each section of the shortened MCAT will have fewer questions, which decreases the overall MCAT exam time to 5 hours and 45 minutes vs 7 hours and 30 minutes for the full-length MCAT. If you’re done with those videos I think you can cover 80% of the words you’ll get, but if you have time go through the Magoosh Vocab book and app. The most important thing to know about the shortened MCAT vs the full-length MCAT is that the test lengths differ. You could also take it slow and do 1 video a day if you want, speed depends on how quickly you can imbibe the new words and how many of them you already know. ![]() ![]() It’s around 800 words and 28 videos but I think it’s easy to do 3-4 videos a day, as long as you keep learning the ones you miss and revise the old lists everyday. You should start with Greg Mat vocab videos, they’re 30 words in a video and he explains the root of the words and how to guess what the words mean if you get an unknown word in the exam. ![]()
